2 We verify you

Licence checked against the Environment Agency register, insurance sighted and expiry recorded, two references called. Usually within one working day.

3 Jobs arrive

Qualified clearances in your patch, by email and text. Photos, access notes and the situation, so you can price it properly, or pass, with no penalty.

4 Quote, win, get paid

Send a fixed price with any resale offset itemised. The customer pays you directly at your price. We invoice our percentage after the job completes.

What firms ask us

How is 10% better than Google Ads?
Clearance keywords run roughly £3–£8 a click, and a good landing page converts maybe one in ten. That is £40–£150 to win a job, and you pay it whether you win or not. Here you pay £70 on a £700 job, only after it completes. The comparison that matters is cost per job won, not cost per lead.
What counts as the job value?
The price the customer accepted, as shown in your quote. If the job legitimately changes on the day, more contents than described, an extra room, update the figure and the fee follows the real price. What we do ask is that the change is recorded in the thread rather than agreed at the door.
Can I take the customer off-platform?
You would be able to, and we would rather be straight about that than pretend otherwise. Our answer is to make staying worth more than the fee: steady qualified leads, a review profile that ranks, scheduling, and someone chasing the customer for a decision. If that stops being true, the fee is not defensible and we would deserve to lose you.
What if a customer does not pay me?
Tell us and we will chase it, we have the whole thread, including what was quoted and agreed. We do not charge our fee on a job you were not paid for.
Do I have to take every lead?
No. Pass on anything that does not suit, wrong area, wrong week, wrong job. There is no penalty. We only ask that you respond one way or the other within a working day, so the customer is not left waiting.
Is there a contract or notice period?
No contract and no notice. Pause your account when you are full, restart when you are not, or leave entirely. Any fees owed on completed jobs remain payable, and that is the whole of it.
